Speak Up Now is a Community Interest Company working to provide a safe place for anyone in Public Services/Emergency Services to share their story if they have been affected by the following:
Discrimination, Sexism and Racism by other employees/management
Faced hardship when trying to report wrongdoing within their workplace
Witnessed any of the above and feel their workplace do not provide a safe place to report

Whether you serve in the Police or the Ambulance service, Courts or Social Care, and you would like to share your experiences, please submit below. Submissions will be anonymous apart from the name of your workplace.
Remember, we only know what we are told. I think it's time that we take that back and start spotlighting failures in our public services because after all, they are here to serve the public. You can only be accountable for information that is out there, and if you are employed by these organisations most of the time you can not speak out because somewhere in their policies it will say you will be penalised for putting the company into "disrepute". So, let's get everything out there and start holding organisations and forces properly to account and expose the crisis that is going on right now in the integrity and professionalism of our public services.
